From foreign-trade salesman to accountant, export department manager and CEO of a decoration company, now finance & general administration at a mining company in Zambia — having run the full ZDA investment-licence, tax-registration and import-duty-exemption process. Every step added to an "operations generalist" profile.

Over 17 years, I turned the most painful problem of each stage into a live system: an anti-client-poaching trade CRM, a restaurant cost-closing system, a mining ERP serving three companies, and a field travel expense tool. Solve a problem once, so it never happens again.
